If you're short on supply, spicy tuna patties are a fun way to get your omega-3 fatty acids!
What you'll need:
1 can white tuna in water
1 egg
2 tbsp oats (rolled or steel cut)
1 cup breading
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sriracha
2 slices tomato (optional)
pam spray

Step 1:
Drain can of tuna and dump into a bowl. Crack egg and mix it into the tuna.
Step 2:
Pour the oats into the bowl and stir to evenly distribute.
Step 3:
Take a small handful of the tuna mixture and make it into a patty shape. Cover in breading.
Step 4:
Spray pam onto a skillet and cook patty for 3 minutes and flip.
Step 5:
After putting the patty onto a plate, mix the sriracha and mayonnaise to make a "spicy mayo" and apply to patty. Lay the two slices of tomato on top and there you have it!
